Salon Policies at Divine - Hair, Skin, and Laser Clinic

At Divine - Hair, Skin, and Laser Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our guests. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and maintain the high-quality service you deserve, we have established the following policies. We kindly request your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these policies. Your support is invaluable to us, and it contributes to a seamless experience for all our clients.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For all treatments 

To make a reservation, please call us at 01923 825781 or 07543 441889 or book online. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service availability. A credit card may be required at the time of booking.

A 50% deposit will be required upon booking. Bookings will not be made without this deposit being paid. This applies to online bookings as well as face to face or over the phone. If you do not want to provide a credit card, you can pay the deposit in cash. The deposit will be redeemed against your treatment when you attend. This deposit is non-refundable if you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment or rearrange it to another time. If you rearrange the booking to another time, your deposit can be carried forwards towards your new booking, as long as you give 48 hours notice. If you cancel and don’t rebook immediately, then the deposit will be held on your account until such time you’d like to book and use it.

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, then you will lose your deposit. 

Have a Gift Voucher? We can take your gift voucher as a form of deposit. As long as it covers 50% of your treatment cost. If this falls short of the 50% you will be required to pay the difference. If you cannot attend your appointment you must still give 48 hours notice, or you will lose your deposit. 

Booked a Course? If you have a course of treatments which you’ve already paid for, you do not need to pay a further 50% deposit, as the course payment will suffice. If you cannot attend one of your appointments you must still give 48 hours notice, or you will lose 50% of the value of one of your treatments. If you plan to book a course but have not yet paid, then you will be required to pay 50% of a single treatment as your deposit. This will then be redeemed off the course price.

Cancellation Policy:

We deeply value your time and commitment, as well as that of our other cherished clients. We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or alter your services. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and full pre-payment will be required for any future appointments. Treatments moved or cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Failure to arrive for a treatment will incur a 100% charge.

Appointment Reminders:

As a gesture of care, we will send you a confirmation text message or email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, please ensure to remember your appointment details and keep us updated on any changes in your contact information.

Rebooking Discounts:

Receive up to 10% off your next visit when you book your next appointment before leaving our salon. However, please note that this discount cannot be honoured if you cancel or rearrange your appointment, or extend your rebooked appointment by even just a few weeks. Please note that this discount does not apply to any offers or promotions within our salon treatments.

Hair Colour Allergy Alert Testing:

If you haven't had a colour service at Divine or it's been more than six months since your last colour service with us, we will need to perform an Allergy Alert Test (skin test) at least 48 hours before your service.

Our Salon Guarantee

At Divine, your satisfaction is our priority. If, by any chance, you aren't entirely satisfied with your service, inform us within 7 days, and we'll set things right with no charge (if informed within 7 days!). If it is more than 7 days, the full price applies.
